How I can help you…

Brain-Based Coaching

Brain-Based Coaching is grounded in neuroscience research that focused on how the human brain operates. This approach suits both professional/leadership goals and personal life challenges.
As your coach, I work with the belief that everyone has the innate ability to reshape their thinking and transform their lives. Together, we’ll uncover the beliefs and thought patterns that may no longer serve you and reveal the barriers standing in the way of change. A key principle of Brain-Based Coaching is adopting a growth mindset, embracing new ideas, seeing possibilities instead of limits, and taking ownership of your personal development. The brain’s plasticity means we can’t erase old neural connections, but we can form new ones that support our goals, habits, and behaviours. Examples of where this coaching can make a difference include:

Psychological Safety S.A.F.E.T.Y.™

I am a certified Psychological Safety practitioner of S.A.F.E.T.Y.™, the methodology that is based on the neuroscience findings.

The psychological safety is important for everybody. In the ancient time we were concerned by the physical threat. But as the society evolved, we are increasingly confronted with emotional and social threads. As a default, the human brain is wired to keep us safe and protect us against possible threat. It constantly scans the environment for a possible danger. The fight, fly and freeze responses are there to protect us and move us to a safer place.

If we are regularly or prolonged time exposed to a social threat, our brain experience stress response that reduces our cognitive functions, impacts our ability to regulate emotional triggers, impacts our health and ability to heal. In the work environment it will most likely impact our ability to collaborate with others, our creativity, trust, and productivity.

The S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ assessment helps you to understand how the brain derives the psychological safety, what are your non-conscious biases, understand your triggers and how you can manage them. It benefits individuals, families, teams, organizations or communities and can significantly improve communication, collaboration, performance, supports inclusive culture and improves people’s wellbeing.

‘’Trauma is an invisible force that shapes our lives. It shapes the way we live, the way we love and the way we make sense of the world. It is the root of our deepest wounds.’’ Gabor Maté

Trauma-Informed Coaching

Trauma can seem overwhelming, and it comes in many forms. Dr. Gabor Maté distinguishes between big ‘T’ Trauma and smaller ‘t’ traumas. It’s not about what happened, but rather what happened inside of us when the event occurred. Often, traumatic experiences are buried deep and if they are left unhealed, they keep us stuck in patterns of fear and avoidance.

Though the past can’t be changed, we have the power to break the trauma cycle, heal, and choose the life we want. Trauma-Informed Coaching provides a compassionate space to recognize old wounds, transform limiting patterns, and move toward to a future free of pain, shame, or guilt.

While not a replacement for therapy, Trauma-Informed Coaching can work alone or as a complementary practice. It’s an empathetic approach that helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be. The journey may bring emotions to the surface, but it leads to freedom, confidence, and choice.

Relationship Coaching

Human beings are wired for connection. From birth, we form relationships with parents, family, friends, colleagues, and romantic partners. We all seek to belong, to feel safe, be respected, and respected. Through these connections, we learn about ourselves; who we are, who we want to become, and how we impact the world. Research shows that the quality of our relationships profoundly affects our growth, happiness, and overall well-being. The most crucial relationship is the one we cultivate with ourselves; this is where everything begins.

If you’re seeking deeper understanding in your personal or professional relationships, let’s have an initial conversation to explore how coaching can support you.

NERO ABOUT

About Me

As a certified coach and psychologist, my story is one of life-long interest in exploring and understanding human connections. My international business background, including over 20 years in the field of HR, and experience of living in seven different countries led me naturally to study psychology and neuroscience. Strengthening and deepening my expertise in this way has given me an acute understanding of the dynamics involved in human interactions, communication styles, diverse cultural practices and habits. And it’s this that enriches and heightens the coaching experience for my clients.

Creating a safe environment for each session, I help individuals, professionals and couples all over the world and from all different backgrounds to regain their strength and find their life flow. Coaching and empowering people who have lost their way is my true, authentic mission and it’s incredibly rewarding to see my clients flourish.

My approach to work is guided by my values of honesty, integrity, openness and trust. Coaching is a relationship-based activity, and creating a safe space for clients to confidently explore thoughts, feelings and issues is fundamental to progress. As a member of ICF Global & Switzerland I stay committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and Conduct, and my work continues to be informed by the latest best practice.

What Our Client’s Say

Happy Client’s Feedback

I had the best experience with Marie and her way of coaching people. I needed to work on my communication skills and self-confidence and I found every meeting with her very useful. She was able to make me think of each issue from a different perspective so that I could find a solution on my own. Of course it was not easy, but I felt very comfortable and respected with her, not forced into anything. I can definitely recommend her and I will always remember her as a woman who helped me to get closer to the woman I wish to be.

In the human resources area, we are dedicated to helping the growth of the entire organization, but many times, we do not prioritize our growth.
The support of a coach like Marie is an opportunity to have a partner to help us face daily challenges and grow as professionals in the solitude of our position.
Marie’s approach and experience will also allow us to grow as individuals.
